We want to warmly support your physical and emotional health with mindfulness and mindfulness based psychotherapies.
The 8 week MBSR/MBCT Mindfulness based courses are 2.5 hours a week and include learning attentional training, psycho-education and practical activities including yoga based stretching.

Mindfulness based psychotherapy is holistic in that is is not diagnosis and a protocolized treatment and you are not a patient. Mindfulness therapy aims to support you whilst helping you build skill such as; learning to relax and step out of stress and/or anxiety, as well as acceptance, resilience, calm, self-compassion and coping with difficult emotions and thoughts.
The therapeutic model is called Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and is an evidence based therapy based in mindfulness and derived from Cognitive Behavioral tradition.
